WHEELBARROWS

The wheelbarrows are large tanks on wheels connected to a motor pump, that pressurizes the water and sprays it in the outdoor environment through a lance with special nozzles. 

Following simple ordinary mainenance rules, the wheelbarrows are particulary effective even for sanitization treatments: streets, sidewalks, walls, parking lots, urban furniture, industrial buildings.

DRY STEAM GENERATORS

Thanks to the high temperatures used, steam cleaning is one of the best sanitizing systems.

The water is heated in a boiler to the boiling point and the resulting water vapor is released by an adjustable pressure gun.

The wide range of dry steam generators includes many products for any type of use and need. Furthermore, if the heat alone is not enough, there are several models that mount a device for the use of chemical products mixed with steam. A guarantee of professional sanitization and disinfection.

HIGH PRESSURE WASHERS

If you need to sanitize large external surfaces, hot water high-pressure washers are definitely the best solution, because they combine high temperatures and the power of chemical sanitizers by using the foaming lances.

The Comet Red Series offers professional and semi-professional models for any flow rate, pressure and temperature requirement. The jets of these high-pressure washers can also reach 110 degrees (140 degrees for models equipped with steam function) with 210 bar pressure for a really deep sanitization of any surface and also the removal of greasy dirt, excellent for workshops, mechanical laboratories, food and wine industries.

PUMPS FOR LARGE SCALE DISINFECTION

STEP 1 ⇒ Large scale preliminary cleaning

One of the first actions to be taken to reduce the microbial load is the throughout washing of the communication routes. The disinfection would be consequently completely ineffective without the prior removal of dirt particles.

In this regard Comet offers a wide range of truck-mountable pumps featuring the high flow and the pressure necessary to abrade elements from the soil.

BPS SERIES

The Comet BPS line is featuring a flow-rate range of 150 to 300 lt/min. All pump can be PTO or hydraulic driven.

RW SERIES

The RW line is a range of HP triplex plunger pumps with brass head available also with nickel plated head and kevlar seals for high temperature applications.

C610 SERIES

The Comet C610 line of centrifugal pumps with a flowrate range of 600 lt/min. Pump are hydraulic driven.

STEP 2 ⇒ Large scale disinfection

When the cleaning and the removal of the particles from the surfaces has been terminated, chemical disinfection can be started. 
This will eliminate or greatly reduce the residual part of the microbial pathogens and thus prevent the transmission of disease and illness.
Comet has at its regard a dedicated series of pumps and motor pumps with high chemical resistance, perfectly compatible with the most common disinfectants, such as sodium hypochlorite (bleach).

P40-20 SERIES

The Comet P 40/20 is a professional softwash pump for low-pressure applications. Use it to larger scale lowpressure disinfection and sanitation. Suitable for removing mold, bacteria, mildew, moss, fungus and algae from soft surfaces like stucco, asphalt shingle roofs, vinyl siding, wood fences and decks

P36-10 SERIES

In the Comet P 36/10, the parts in contact with the liquid are, respectively, in polypropylene and steel and polyamide and stainless steel.
Therefore these pumps can be used with various chemical disinfectants.
